Adele stated that "smoking is my favorite thing to do in the world" and was extremely bummed when she had to quit smoking when she was diagnosed with Laryngitis. The singer contracted the virus a week before her album came out, which led her to go on a two-month hiatus from her beloved cigarettes. Adele claims that time in her life was so boring that she would rather have her voice be worse and be able to have a "laugh."
Gwyneth Paltrow is known to be one of the healthiest celebrities in Hollywood today. She is always promoting an organic diet and consistent exercise. Despite her clean lifestyle, this celebrity used to be a chain smoker but had quit when she became pregnant.
