Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Welcome Daughter
After a long and emotional second pregnancy, Kourtney Kardashian, 33, and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, 29, welcomed their brand new baby daughter in the early hours of July 8, 2012.
Kourtney and Scott told, they were "overjoyed" to meet their "precious angel", Penelope Scotland Disick, who weighed a healthy 7 lbs., 14 oz. at her arrival. Baby Penelope joins big brother Mason, 2, in the loving but at times volatile family unit, and it remains to be seen if the new little one's arrival will spur Kourtney into marriage.
A point of contention exists for the couple on Keeping Up With The Kardashian's, as Kourtney and Scott don't exactly see eye to eye on the subject of wedded bliss. While Scott would already be married to Kourtney if he had his way, Kourtney has admitted to being "scared" of marriage due to issues she watched her parents struggle with. Nonetheless, and despite the fact the two sleep in separate bedrooms and are the subject of frequent tabloid speculation, Kourtney insists she is very much "committed" to Scott and their growing family.No matter what the future holds for the couple's marital state, congratulations are in order. We hear the new mom gave birth naturally, which should come as no surprise to those who follow Kourtney Kardashian and her kooky, oil-based beliefs on the show. If shooting a quart of Crisco up her exit-only didn't spook Kourt, we doubt a baby coming out where nature intended would even raise an eyebrow. We're glad things went well!
