Getting herself into a little bit of a pickle, Lady Gaga is being sued for allegedly ripping off a 1999 song named “Juda” and using it for her own song, “Judas.”According to press, a singer named Rebecca Francescatti is claiming that there are too many similarities stemming from her own music to Gaga’s “Born This Way” album.
Francescatti believes it has to do with her former bass player, Brian Gaynor, who now works for the company that helped write some of the “Bad Romance” singer’s new tunes.
Rebecca's lawyer, “Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody… Francescatti is seeking recognition for what she created.”
