The party took place at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, drawing out stars such as "90210" actress Shenae Grimes and "True Grit" cutie Hailee Steinfeld.
Among the other big names to hit the red carpet were Shenae's CW castmate Jessica Lowndes, along with "Twilight" actor Jackson Rathbone and Too Little, Too Late hitmaker JoJo.
Rounding out this year's batch of Teen Vogue Young Hollywood partiers were Emily Osment, Debby Ryan, Aimee Teegarden and "Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland, who ended up spending most of the evening alongside beau Matt Prokop.
